More about the new since c11 "stdnoreturn.h" header, please

The example has #include <stdnoreturn.h>, a new header since c11, but says nothing about it. Moreover it is used to declare a noreturn void function, really a coroutine. That was not needed before c11. Could someone explain the meaning of that keyword aka _Noreturn, please.
