Licensing issues?

Yes, I've removed the page contents until I get explicit permission from Addison-Wesley. I've emailed Bjarne directly and he's helping me work through permissions issues. Hopefully they will allow permission and I can reinstate the page. Honestly, I think it would only promote sales of Bjarne's book, but I'm not the publisher and it's for them to decide.
